We ship by UPS and/or by the US Postal Service, within the USA. Please e-mail us for rates on shipments to Hawaii and Alaska and for returns of merchandise damaged in shipping. To hold down costs we do not insure merchandise against theft, damage, and shipping company errors. You will be notified after placing your order of out of stock items and a refund made. Items that are 'drop shipped' directly from our suppliers may take up to two weeks to arrive. Our suppliers may discontinue items and we will make full refunds if that happens. If a discontinued item makes up more than 75% of your order we reserve the right to cancel the entire order. Out of stock items will be shipped within 30 days, unless a refund is requested. After 30 days all back ordereds will be cancelled and your credit card refunded. We reserve the right to substitute comparable in terms of cost and content if items are not in stock with the intent of minimizing the inconvenience of delaying your order.
Environmental Policy:
Independent Care Products tries to use recyclable shipping peanuts that are made from rice and are fully biodegradeable. Also, recycled materials whenever possible (cardboard and peanuts) that are received from suppliers are re-used.
Return Policy:
Please contact us for an RMA number, within 10 days. Merchandise must be in new resalable condition with all the original packaging and parts. Shipping costs will be at the sender's expense. Returned items will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. All defective merchandise is subject to various manufacturers warranties and is subject to repair or exchange by the manufacturers. Non-Return Policy:
Any Incontinence, Personal Hygiene, Dining Product or Bath Aid that has been removed from its packaging will not be accepted for return.
