Ameriphone's Dialogue XL-50 is the loudest amplified telephone available. The volume control goes up to 48+ dB, for extra loud conversations. Made specifically for people with moderate to profound hearing loss, an adjustable tone control can customize the amplifier for best possible word clarity.

The telephone resets volume to normal when you hang up automatically and then returns to pre-set amplification with a push of a button. Or you can set the phone to stay at a certain level of amplification. Digital design minimizes background noise and provides unusually clear speech.
