The Wander Alarm

The Wander Alarm will chime or vibrate when a door is opened. It can be mounted on the front door, a medicine cabinet, refrigerator door, a pool gate, etc.. The Wander Alarm has three components.

1. The transmitter switch is attached to the door.

2. A magnetic piece is attached parallel to the switch on the door frame.

3. When the two are separated, a radio signal is sent to the receiver to alert the adult wearing the receiver.

The Wander Alarm receiver can be attached to your belt loop so you can take it with you everyplace in the house or yard. You can have up to three Wander Alarms in the same house, with all signals going to each of the receivers. (The unit is only sold as a whole, components are not sold separately.)

Receiver:

Select chime, vibrate or off setting
Works up to 100 feet away
Requires one 9V battery (not included) with an average battery life of around 90 days

Can be worn (beeper-style), set on a table surface or hung on the wall

Transmitter:

Mount with double sided foam tape or screws
Uses one A23 12V battery (included) with an average battery life of around 90 days
2½"H x 1½"W x 3/4"D
On - Off switch

This is perfect for people with small children who have figured out how to work a doorhandle, if you have a sleepwalker, or you have an vulnerable adult you are caring for, etc...
