Pivoting Bath Bench
A Bath Transfer Bench This bath transfer chair fits across the rim of the tub or shower (half is inside, half is outside). The bather sits on the chair on the outside of the tub and then slides the seat into the tub. The bather still must lift their legs into the tub, but they can do this one at a time while sitting down so it is usually easier. The best feature of the transfer bench is the swiveling seat. The seat pivots 90º and has a double safety lock to allow the seat to lock in position to be more secure. There is also a seat belt.
